SHIPPING

Q. How will my order be packed ?

A. We try our best to protect all items with the appropriate packaging, including bubble wrap, packing paper and appropriately sized boxes. All Funko Pops $40 and over will be shipped in a sorter for additional protection.   

Q. Can you contact the courier about my package?

A. No. Calling or emailing the USPS will not change anything and will not make your package arrive faster. They will not be able to provide us with any more updates or information about your package. We can provide you with a phone number to call, but we cannot spend hours on hold with the USPS to talk to a representative about your package. The USPS contact page is here.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes! International shipping will be calculated in your cart. If you don't see your country in our list when checking out, just email cs@saucedrops.com and we will add it.

NOTE: In 2020, 
several countries are not serviced by US Postal Service due to coronavirus-related issues, including Japan, Philippines, Brazil, South Africa and a few others that we typically service. Contact us to discuss if you are in one of those countries.

Q. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

A. ALL orders of in-stock items ship within 3-7 business days. If your order has not shipped by then, and you have no tracking info from us, that means something in your order cannot be shipped at this time. MANY of our items are "preorders" which means you are paying for them BEFORE they are shipped to us. We cannot ship items that we don't have yet. We will ship your order in ONE box, because your shipping cost is calculated based on the size/weight of one box that fits all of the items inside. So, if your order contains both in stock items and preorder items, it will not be shipped until all of the preorder items arrive. If you'd like to split your shipment (and pay more in shipping) please email orders@saucedrops.com

Q. Where are you located?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have a walk-in store at this time, but our warehouse is located in Northern California and all items will be shipped from there.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Q: When will my pre-order(s) arrive & ship?

A: Each product will have an estimated arrival time. Our artists and vendors supply us with these estimated arrival times and we try to keep them as up to date as possible. Please keep in mind these estimated arrival times are subject to change without notice. It is not recommended to purchase a pre-order and expect it to arrive in time for a specific event (holidays, birthdays, etc). Please note that some pre-order items will arrive ahead of time. We will ship the products as soon as they arrive to our facilities.

Q: Why pre-order an item?

A: We will reserve that figure or piece for you from our incoming shipment. In some cases our shipments pre-sellout so only people who pre-order with us are able to receive the items because we don’t have any extras left to list for normal in stock sales. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will get a full refund.

Q: Can I cancel a pre-order?

A: No, we do not offer refunds for pre-order items. In the chance we are able to issue a refund, fees might apply depending on payment method (PayPal charges a % fee which will be deducted from your refund).
